Cancellation/Refund Policy
ALL cancellations/refund requests MUST be in writing. A full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations received by September 5, 2024; a 50% refund if received between September 5 through September 19, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 19. Cancellation requests must be submitted to maso1@assnoffices.com. Refunds will be issued within 30 days following the event.
Name Badge
Everyone registered will receive a name badge at registration. This badge must be worn to gain admission to all events, including the Exhibit Hall, the educational sessions and the Pool Party.
Dress
Resort casual is suggested attire for all events.
Exhibits
Commercial exhibits will be opened from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday, October 19, from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturday, October 20 and from 8:00 to 9:00 am on Sunday, October 21. Exhibitors, representing dental manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, and related services will introduce you to the latest items available and offer substantial savings on many purchases. The financial support of the participating exhibitors makes this Annual Session possible…your patronage is greatly appreciated.

Continuing Education
The Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists (GLAO) and the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists (MASO) is an ADA CERP recognized provider approved by the American Association of Orthodontists. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. GLAO and MASO designates this activity for 6.0 hours of continuing education credits.
JOINT PROVIDERSHIP:
This continuing education activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the ADA Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) through joint efforts between the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists (GLAO) and the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists (MASO).
CE attendance forms will be provided to each registrant after the Annual Session. It is the responsibility of the individual attendees to submit any necessary continuing education credit documentation to their individual states for verification. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ADA.org/CERP
